Our mission is to bring structure, transparency, and reproducibility to the opaque field of startup valuation — making early-stage capital markets more efficient and accountable. Our domain of research and practice spans innovation, economics, risk modeling, and AI.
At the heart of SRV's offering is the Backward Valuation Method (BVM) — a proprietary framework developed by Sylvain Roy and field-tested since 2016.
